Kenneth J. Wiant - Architect
Qualifications: Licensed Architect, State of California
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Ken started in the construction trades at 16 years of age, working as a carpenter part-time and during summers while attending college. Subsequently, Ken spent ten years in the offices of various prominent architects in the San Diego area, before receiving his architect's license and opening his own office in 1979. Ken amalgamated his own office with Niall Saunders in early 1996, blending the talents of the two organizations into a stronger, more broad based professional practice.
Ken's Extensive background in the building industry gives him a unique understanding of the contracting process. This has led to the practice emphasis on a highly inclusive teamwork approach to design and construction and to direct, practical solutions to our client's needs.
